In the beginning of the school year we will provide a free ID card for every student. If there is a need for barcodes or a magnetic stripe we will be happy to accommodate you.

Complementary Portrait CD for School Use
We provide a CD featuring one digital image of each Student and Staff member photographed for the Yearbook. Images provided are the optimal resolution for use on your School website or other print reproduction needs. (Not suitable for portrait printing) Our program will create photo CD's for the following school database programs:
•Aeries, Cafe Terminal, Fastlane 2000, MMS, Pinnacle, Power School, SASI and Spectrum.

Absent Students Are Not Left Out!
We go out of our way to include absent students in the Yearbook. We will come back to your school within 2 weeks after the inital portrait days. If it is not possible to have the absent students included you may submit a photo of that child with a photo release.

Are there any costs or pre-payment required up-front?
There is absolutely no cost involved to the School. This is a service you are providing for the parents. In fact, the parents are under no obligation to purchase, nor is there any pre-payment required.

What should the children wear for his/her photograph?
Have the children dress in their favorite colorful outfit.

How much time and work will this take for me as the Director?
(And my teachers)?
Flip's Photos handles everything, from providing notification materials for your families, collection, and parents questions.

How long does the Photography Session take?
It depends on how many children you have, but we will try to minimize any disruption to your day.

How many poses do you take of each child?
We generally photograph two poses of each child, offering a nice variety to your parents. For siblings, we photograph the children individually and together. We do try to honor special requests. Class groups are offered in the fall and spring.

Are discounts offered to school staff members?
Yes, staff members receive a complimentary staff package (1-5x7 and 4 wallets) of themselves, and a 50% discount off any portrait purchase of their children.

How long does it take to get the proofs?
We usually have your proofs ready within 3 days from portrait day. Parents will be able take this home and view them. Parents may order by paper through the school or online by selecting our Order Online tab. Parents need their Password to access their photos and then they can preview and purchase them online.
